CTC Policies

A student is considered registered only after full payment is received. You will receive a confirmation of registration by email or telephone.

Please read the Creative Theatre Company's Policies before enrolling your child.

Monday Company Classes only

* If after the first class you are not completely satisfied with our program and do not wish to continue, you will receive a 100 % refund. Creative Theatre Company must be notified within 24 hours of the first class.

* There is no refund for classes cancelled due to weather. These classes will be rescheduled accordingly.

* Refunds will be pro-rated until the fourth week of classes (no refunds for missed classes). After the fourth week there will be no refunds.

* Students who do not attend dress rehearsal for the Demonstration are not permitted to participate in the Demonstration.

Monday Company Classes, Day Camps and Workshops

* No refunds for any missed classes.

* The fee for a cheque returned NSF is $15. A certified cheque or money order will be required as replacement.

* Students will be placed in classes according to the director’s discretion.

Day Camps and Workshops only

* The Creative Theatre Company must be notified of any cancellations by 5:00 PM, seven (7) days prior to the beginning of the camp. A $25.00 registration fee will be retained. No refunds will be issued after these dates.

* There is no refund for classes cancelled due to weather.
